A3. Yes, although if we've advised you there is little chance of recovering the debt we would normally suggest coming up with a budget that you would not like us to exceed and
that way we can tailor an action plan specifically for that file.

- Contact our office and request a Status Report to be sent to you at regular intervals.
A5. No, Stoneink does not charge a monthly account handling fee and there are no hidden fees or costs. Our written quotes include all costs and commissions.
A7. No, if you have a debt that you think maybe Statute Barred, we can confirm whether the matter is actually Statute Barred or not, but if the account is
Statute Barred we will not pursue it.
