FAQ: Questions about Field Work
A1. Licenced collectors have a photo identification that must be produced upon request.
If you’re still not sure that the person is legitimate, contact the creditor they claim to represent on a number that you know belongs to that organisation. If the person at your door is
legitimate, they will not have a problem waiting for you to confirm their identity.
A2. Whilst you do not have to answer an agents questions at your door, it is generally in your best interest to do so. This information will be provided to the creditor the
agent is calling on behalf of and not answering the questions may result in legal action being taken against you to obtain these answers at a court hearing.
A3. No, also no Stoneink Pty Ltd agent will ask for entry into your abode, nor are they allowed to accept any offer to come in, this is for both our agents and your peace
of mind.
A4. No, you do not have to provide this, however this can be obtained through legal action, it is generally in your best interests to co-operate with your creditor and their
representatives.
A5. Yes this is fine, however ensure that the agent gives you a receipt and keep that receipt safe, it is your proof that you made the payment.

A7. Yes, we conduct both vehicle and goods repossession. We also perform "Lock out" of properties, if you have the appropriate paperwork.
