Service of Court Documents
Unlike some of our less ethical competitors, rather than merely leaving the process at the address and decamping, a Stoneink agent is required treat a process service as though it were a standard field call with the additional step of serving the process.
By doing this we may be able to supply you with further information that can help enforce your debt.
In addition to our usual typed report, a fully typed affidavit of service is also supplied at no extra cost.
Statements of Claim (Complaints / Writs)
Our agent attends the supplied address and attempts to interview the debtor.
Our agent attempts to collect the full balance of the debt and makes a note of what goods are at the premises that would be seized by a sheriff under the auspices of a Writ of Execution.
Our agent also attempts to get the debtors work details so that a Garnishee may be issued once judgment has been obtained.
Our agent also attempts to obtain the managing agents details in case the debtor absconds from the address.
Subpoena
Our agent attends the supplied address and attempts to speak with and serve the witness.
If the witness is not available and it has been authorised by your office in advance, we will ascertain whether the person spoken with is authorised to accept the document on the witness' behalf and then proceed to serve them as a substitute for the witness.
Our agent notes a description and asks for the name of who is served, in case the witness claims not to receive the subpoena.
Garnishees
Our agent attends the supplied address and speaks with an authorised officer of the Garnishee, explains the procedure of the garnishee when necessary and serves the document.

Bankruptcy Documents
Our agent attends the address and attempts to speak with the debtor.
When the debtor is personally interviewed, they are served with the process and a request is made for payment in full.
If after several (no less than 5) attempts at varying times of the day and night on different days of the week, the defendant is still "not at home", this is reported to your office along with an Affidavit of Attempted Service to obtain a Motion for Substituted Service.
Family Law Documents
Our agent attends the address and attempts to speak with the respondent.
If the respondent is not available, our agent attempts to get a contact number for the respondent and/or a message is left for the respondent to contact our agent.
If our agent contacts (or is contacted by) the respondent, our agent attempts to make a suitable arrangement to meet the respondent and effect service.
