Interviews and Statements
An agent will contact the person designated by yourself and obtain a written statement from them with regards to an incident that they have witnessed.
Although normally done in relation to an Accident Scene Investigation, it does not have to be and can be used as corroboration for another witness' statement.
Motor Accident Scene Investigations
An agent will attend the location of an accident to take photographs and measurements of the area.
We can also make observations as to vehicle loads at specific times of the day, blind spots at intersections and traffic light timings.
Personal Injury Accident Scene Investigations
An agent will attend the location of an accident to take photographs and measurements of the area.
If it is a personal injury accident in a shopping centre (or other privately owned building open to the public) we will attempt to liaise with management and see if there is surveillance footage of the accident, and if there is request to either view the footage or obtain a copy of the footage, like in a road accident we can also make observations as to foot traffic at specific times of the day.
